CURRENT OPENING POSITIONS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Tender and construction working Drawing, Shop Drawings, Details and Specifications.
- Work on detailed design drawings for various building types, with different scales to ensure the best quality in construction process.
- Review and coordinate design drawings and ensure that there are no conflicts between different disciplines.
- Integrate and coordinate all related disciplines into the project.
- Ability to keep focused with several ongoing buildings at a time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering from reputable university.
- Experience :1-4 years.
- good awareness of IBC, ADA & NFPA 101 – 5000.
- Good time Management
- BIM Experience is needed
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as 3D Studio Max preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect and Study all data related to a given task with his team.
- Estimate the required time to implement a given task.
- Discuss: computer model, design methodology, design criteria, calculation report template, and BOQ template with the his team.
- Coordinate the design drawings with other interconnected disciplines (e.g. Process GA, Arch, Structural, MEP, etc…) as deemed necessary.
Prepare, Certify and Issue to his team the design documents (computer model, calculation report, BOQ and drawings) in accordance with the project requirements, specifications and design criteria. - Receive design comments and rectify them up to the full technical satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
- Experience :+7 years
- Good time Management
- BIM Experience is needed
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting the firm’s mechanical engineering quality levels on assigned projects
- Assist in identifying and organizing requirements. Apply usability procedures and principles at project or product-line level or through customer input.
- Conduct and/or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, codes, and other artifacts.
- Identify and keep abreast of novel technical concepts and markets.
- Contribute to design standards and support design reuse.
- Possess thorough knowledge of all codes applicable to his/her discipline
- Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering tasks
- Lead the preparation of deliverables and products such as presentation materials, calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and cost estimates related to heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and fire suppression for commercial, governmental, and institutional facilities
- Work under supervision of a project manager or senior level team member
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus experience in the HVAC engineering industry
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Independently performs day-to-day Document Control activities.
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Managing the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Log document requests and help retrieve documents as needed for employees.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role with minimum 3 years.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists the Managing Director in various administrative tasks.
- Arranges all details related to the board meetings including the venue reservation, agenda, and presentation.
- Handles filing of documents.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Translates documents from Arabic to English and vice versa as needed.
- Assists the Chairman in various administrative tasks when present in the office.
- Helps in preparing the annual report and sending it to the mailing list.
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Presentable.
- Fluent English.
The Business Development Engineer’s main role is simply develop the business in every way such as retaining the old and attracts new customers, handling all marketing activities and campaigns, and even finding new products to develop the company’s technical offering, all with the guidance and the help of the BD and Technical Teams.
Key responsibilities:
- The primary role is to develop, execute and maintain the company’s marketing strategy to enhance market positioning.
- Organize Marketing Campaigns that highlight the company’s value offering.
- Prepare instructional, descriptive and application literature for existing and new products along with competitive products’ periodic reports.
- Monitor product sales to analyze pricing plus promotional requirements.
- Collect and maintain competitive information to present complete market evaluation for specific products.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Communication Engineering.
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Marketing knowledge.
- Creativity & Innovation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written communications.
- Effective demonstration and presentation techniques.
